Daniel Bélanger
CEO, VP, and Director
Appointed CEO in October 2024, Mr. Bélanger is an accountant specializing in taxation and has led Financière Belim since 2012. He held management positions in various accounting firms in Quebec between 2002 and 2013.
He is also the Executive Director of the non-profit organization “Je me prends en main.” Mr. Bélanger holds a specialized graduate diploma in accounting from the Université du Québec à Rimouski.
Norman Ross

Mr. Ross has served as Executive Chairman since August 2023. He brings extensive leadership and corporate governance experience, helping to guide corporate strategy.
Mario Drolet

Appointed to the Board of Directors in September 2024, Mr. Drolet is passionate about finance and has more than 30 years of experience in financial markets and trading.
Norm Vocino
Director
Mr. Vocino has over thirty years of experience in government public affairs at both the national and provincial levels. He is recognized as an ESG specialist in Canada.
Eric Lemieux
Professional geologist and mining analyst
M. Lemieux based in Quebec, Canada. He is an independent technical advisor for EBL Consultants Enr., providing expertise on selected mining exploration and development companies in North America, with a particular focus on the evaluation of quality juniors. He holds two master’s degrees, one in mineral economics and the other in metamorphic-structural geology.
Terence S. Ortslan
Director
Independent Director at Bitterroot Resources Ltd. since 2015. He is also Managing Director of TSO & Associates, an independent mining and metals research firm he has led since 1996. Mr. Ortslan is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, the Society of Mining Engineers and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. He has been active in mining finance and mineral economics for over 40 years.
